(32) Success: More about food!

Hieronder nog een (korte) aflevering over SUCCES.

Referring to the previous post, number (31), a ‘food’ reaction has arrived, which I’d liked to share with you so that you, too, can experiment with what works for you.

Since you ‘spoiled’ my former eating habits with your lessonsFood 2 on food during my stay with you, everybody around me thinks I’m being fussy with food.
But in fact I’m not.

I’ve just learned what to eat and what not. And how to let my body make the decisions, instead of my mind.
For example: in the last 5 weeks I’ve learned not to eat any wheat products, which is not easy in the Netherlands  we put wheat flour in almost anything eatable.
The result: no energy drop after a meal. No ‘twist’ in my stomach afterwards any more.
I’ve dropped another 6 pounds of excess weight without any effort. And I feel at least a few
years younger.
Thanks for introducing me to the world of spelt, amaranth and rice crackers!
And this is just one of the adjustments in my eating pattern you’ve made me aware of.
